Construction work of relief in the largest Artificial Port of Portugal.

ACA Engineering & Construction was in charge of the expansion of the cold storage located in lot 3 of pole 1 of the platform of the port of Leixões. This project responded to the need to equip this infrastructure with a new cold storage chamber (constant temperature of -25 ºC) with a storage capacity of almost 3000 pallets.

The reception and dispatch quay area was subject to extension works with the inclusion of 4 new quays, with the aim of boosting its response capacity. It should also be pointed out that, given the complexity of the site of action, a vigorous survey of the needs and constraints of the supply of the contract was carried out beforehand. This point was vital for the sequence of the project which culminated in the effective compliance with the previously stipulated deadline.
