ERPI Braga | National Urban Regeneration Award

In the heart of Braga, a new residential care home for the elderly (ERPI) has been developed, following the refurbishment of vacant buildings and the enhancement of the existing heritage.

This project brings together urban regeneration and social impact, contributing to a more inclusive, sustainable city that is better prepared to respond to the challenges of an ageing population.

ERPI Braga is now a candidate for the National Urban Rehabilitation Award, recognising the importance of projects that combine heritage, innovation and wellbeing.
