The application form associated with job ads and unsolicited applications allows submission of a set of your personal data, in addition to your curriculum vitae (CV) and supporting documents (certificates) that can be attached.

What kinds of personal data are processed?
The data you enter in the job application form.
The CV and certificates you attach to the application form.
Who has access to your personal data?
Members of the Human Resources Department participating in the recruitment and selection process.
The head of the department or company that posted the job vacancy (internal client).
The internal client may be any company within the ACA Group.
What are the purposes of processing?
To integrate into ongoing recruitment and selection processes.
Management of applications for use in future recruitment processes.
To hire employees for companies within the ACA Group.
What type of processing is applied?
Curriculum vetting.
Telephone contact to invite you for an interview.
Storage of the CV in a database managed by HR, with restricted access.
Printing of the CV to use during the interview.
Note: Any subsequent processing requires a consent declaration from you, issued at the start of the evaluation process.
How long do we keep your personal data?
Until the recruitment and selection process is completed for responses to job advertisements.
Until you exercise your “right to erasure” in the case of unsolicited applications.
If a candidate who applied via a job ad wants their data to be used in future processes, they must also send an unsolicited application.
What are the protection measures for your personal data?
Digital files with restricted computer access.
Candidate’s consent declaration at the beginning of the process.
Elimination of paper copies of the CV used in interviews.
Information, awareness, and confidentiality obligations under the ACA Group’s Code of Ethics and Disciplinary Regulation.
How do you express your consent?
By ticking the option “I authorize the processing of my personal data for recruitment and selection purposes” before pressing the “SEND” button to submit your application.
How do you withdraw your consent?
In writing, by sending a message to the ACA Group’s Data Protection Officer, via the email data.protection@grupo-aca.com.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any data processing that was done before the withdrawal.
What rights do data subjects have?
Right of access: to obtain confirmation whether personal data concerning them is being processed, and if so, to access it.
Right of rectification: to request at any time the correction of their personal data, and also that incomplete data be completed, including via additional statement.
Right to erasure: to obtain deletion of their personal data at any time.
Right to restriction: to obtain limitation of processing under certain circumstances.
Right of portability: to receive personal data they have provided in a structured, commonly used, readable format, and to transmit it to another controller.
Right to object: to object at any time to processing of their personal data, especially if they consider processing purposes other than those for which it was collected.
