We have implemented a set of organizational and technological measures to protect your personal data, in particular to prevent loss, unauthorized or unlawful processing and access, whether intentional or accidental. This statement explains the guarantees of protection in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council, of 27 April 2016.
The application form associated with job announcements and unsolicited applications allows the sending of certain personal data of the candidate, in addition to the curriculum vitae (CV) and supplementary documents (certificates) that may be attached.

What kinds of personal data are processed?
The data that the candidate enters in the application form.
The CV and certificates that the candidate attaches to the application form.
What are the purposes of processing?
To integrate you into ongoing recruitment and selection processes.
Management of applications for use in future processes.
To hire workers for the companies of the ACA Group.
What kind of processing is carried out?
Curricular analysis.
Telephone contact to summon the candidate for interview.
Archiving of the CV in the Human Resources Department database, with restricted access.
Printing of the CV for use during the interview.
Note: subsequent processing is subject to a declaration of consent from the candidate, issued at the start of the evaluation process.
How long do we keep your personal data stored?
Until the conclusion of the recruitment and selection process in the case of responses to job announcements.
Until the candidate exercises the “right to erasure” in the case of unsolicited applications.
Whenever a candidate who replied to a job announcement wants their data to be treated in future processes, they must also send, cumulatively, an “unsolicited application”.
What measures protect your personal data?
Digital storage with restricted access.
Candidate gives a declaration of consent at the beginning of the process.
Elimination of paper copies of the CV used during the interview.
Information, awareness, and confidentiality obligations under the Code of Ethics and Disciplinary Regulations of the ACA Group.
How do you express your consent?
Automatically, by checking the option “I authorize the processing of my personal data for recruitment and selection purposes” before pressing the “SEND” button to submit your application.
How do you withdraw your consent?
In writing, by sending a message to the Data Protection Officer of the ACA Group, via email: data.protection@grupo-aca.com
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out before the withdrawal.
What are the rights of the data subject?
Right of access: You have the right to obtain confirmation whether personal data concerning you are being processed, and if so, access them.
Right of rectification: You can request correction of your personal data at any time; incomplete data can be completed, including by supplementary declaration.
Right of erasure (“right to be forgotten”): You may ask for your personal data to be deleted at any time.
Right to restriction: You may ask for processing of your personal data to be limited in certain circumstances.
Right of data portability: You have the right to receive personal data that concern you and that you have provided, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to transmit those data to another controller.
Right to object: You have the right to object, at any time, to processing of your personal data, including for purposes that are not those for which they were collected.
Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: You can file a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados or another authority responsible for data protection.
