Strategy

Building responsibly is building with vision.

Our strategic model is future-oriented, with specific short- and medium-term actions, and a long-term vision in which environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors are at the centre of decision-making.

At ACA, we do not allocate resources to developing a sustainability strategy — sustainability is our strateg

Sustainability is a daily attitude, guiding us towards decisions that generate a positive impact on people, territories, and the future. It is an integral part of our purpose!

Sustainable Commitment

Our commitment to sustainability.

In 2023, we carried out a double materiality assessment to identify the most significant issues to be addressed in our sustainability strategy. From this perspective, we considered:

Impact materiality: the organisation’s impacts on the environment and society.

Financial materiality: the risks and opportunities affecting the organisation’s potential to create value.

To conduct this assessment, we consulted the main stakeholder groups, achieving a participation rate of over 60%. This resulted in 11 material topics, as reflected in our matrix, structured around 3 strategic pillars.

Accordingly, our strategic matrix integrates the material topics, ESG pillars, strategic SDGs, our contribution to the 2030 Agenda, and the CSRD/ESRS, summarised in the following framework:

2030 Agenda

Below, we outline some of the main indicators and targets linked to the priority SDGs (previously summarised), which have been selected and developed in collaboration with our Ambassadors:
