In Guarda, the refurbishment of Block 5 at Sousa Martins Hospital modernised the facilities and contributed to improving the quality of care provided to the community.

ACA was responsible for the renovation of the block, while IELAC carried out the HVAC, electrical, and technical management installations, creating a more functional and welcoming environment for patients and healthcare professionals.
