IELAC is responsible for the mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical installations, as well as security and telecommunications systems, at Vision Areeiro.

A 12-storey residential building comprising 74 apartments, a gym, coworking spaces, five underground parking levels, and a technical floor.

In the mechanical and hydraulic scope, highlights include the installation of a direct expansion air conditioning system for residential climate control, and the production of domestic hot water using 24 solar collectors and large-capacity tanks. The network includes cold and hot water supply, a fire protection system in galvanised steel, and drainage in PVC and Geberit Silent-PP piping.

The electrical systems include LED lighting recessed in coves and plasterboard ceilings, a 275 kVA generator for safety equipment, a CCTV surveillance system, and integrated fire and carbon monoxide detection, all interconnected with the HVAC and smoke extraction systems.

One of the main challenges was optimising roof space to accommodate all equipment, ensuring maximum efficiency and functionality of the building.
