Innovation “On the Road” brings teams and ideas closer together

The Innovation Department took the “On the Road” initiative to ACA and AmbiÁgua, visiting the works in Tróia and Pateiras.

The main objective was to create a space for direct dialogue with the teams, enabling the identification of challenges, the exploration of opportunities, and the fostering of a more collaborative approach to problem-solving.

The initiative involved not only the professionals on site but also colleagues from other departments, enriching the exchange of perspectives and experiences. This proximity on the ground strengthens the connection between the company’s different areas and drives more agile, effective, and innovative solutions.
