Students from the University of Minho visit the new River Lima crossing construction site

A group of 50 Civil Engineering students from the University of Minho had the opportunity to closely observe the construction works of the “New River Lima Crossing between the EN203 – Deocriste and the EN202 – Nogueira” in Viana do Castelo.

The technical visit allowed the students to observe all phases of the construction, understand the technical challenges involved, and recognise the solutions implemented on site.

Accompanied by the ACA team, the students experienced direct contact with the real construction environment, reinforcing the connection between the theory learned at university and its practical application on site.

ACA values this type of initiative, which strengthens relationships with universities and contributes to the training of new professionals, encouraging direct contact with high-impact projects.
